Impressive Sincerity: Week 4

Easy week away from the Internet; crazy week in front of the books. :/ I shall take a break from blogging for now; Not very sure why I made it a point to blog on Freedom Day in the first place anyway. I asked God to help me study hard this morning (9.30am) before I go for lecture at 10am. But see now, I'm blogging -.-

Finals are a week away, and I've never felt so unprepared and chilled at the same time before. This is terrible (Chan, 2009), not good. Dear Lord, don't spare the rod on me, lol. I so need the discipline, focus and wisdom from You.

Time flies. I remember posting about missing my friends some time ago and that I didnt' really feel the excitement and all during the first few weeks of class. Now it's sort of sinking in, "Your first semester is over, and finals are around the corner!" Some of the new people I've come to know are leaving, and it's not very cool because I didn't really get a chance to know them better. I'd say that there's always next semester, but that's all I have - one more semester (I pray I get to go to Melbourne next year!)

The last few weeks have been fun, hanging around the aquarium and getting rid of the mindset that I can never study in the library. Well, technically it's not at a very efficient level, but it's still studying anyway! Yes, I'm in denial - aren't we all?

Some highlights of the week; fun times.

Snowflake Desserts:

I'm not sure what the purpose of this semi-planned outing was, but the four of us on Internet Fast - henceforth referred to as Net Diet (Loy, 2009) - went on a little tea time treat. Oo, Snowflake is really good! So much sugar, I like!
Work the camera, baby!

The Beeping UFO - this thing is cool, it's like a cool replacement of those call numbers you get at McDonalds etc. It lights up and vibrates when your order is ready *hornybrows ;)

Cincau Frozzie thing - I like!

Sand ice with cincau, and the cool taro-something balls thing :p

This one's with sweet potato and barley. And more cincau and sand ice.

Yes, it actually is yam! No cincau this time.

Peter really likes using the straw, seriously, lol. It was so funny.

Candid fail wei. I want a nice SUPER steady camera with really fast shutter speed so I can keep snapping candid shots of people :p Like Sara's camera - stalker-pro okay.

I'm going to end here today. I blogged in half an hour, and wasted the precious time lost forever. I could have spent doing some Statistics questions, but no. :)

I'm really impressed!
