I'm Old Fashioned, I Love The Moonlight

All jazzed up

'Twas a good night at No Black Tie, which is next to Palate Palette (I want to go there one day). It's cosy interior is certainly no place for doof-doof music, just good acoustics. Yes, there was a cover charge for the performance, but as a jazz noob, it all sounded good to me. I don't know whether it was worth every ringgit, but small talk, good company and good music tied the night together.

There are so many things left to do! And despite being able to spend more time with people this time round, it feels like there are so many bridges to build and relationships to grow. 3 more days! Going back to Melbourne will mark the start of new healthy habits, and the end of some others. Some things, I don't look forward to facing them. But my God says they're necessary if I want to end my university life well.

I thank God that I had the opportunity to come back these holidays to spend more time with more people. But this time, I really am heavy hearted to leave for Melbourne again. Audit lecture right after I touch down -.- haha. Oh well.

Cheers to changes, good ones.
